Abstract: Тo remain competitive in the market, it is important that companies develop and adapt to a changing climate. But if you don’t have strong change management, it can be incredibly destructive. In fact, most efforts towards organizational change fail. Not much, but most. (In particular, according to Torben Rick: out of 70% of efforts to change, 33% of changes do not work, because management's behavior does not support change; 39% of efforts fail, because employees are unstable to change; 14% of failed attempts are due to lack of sufficient funds or resources 14% of failures for other reasons)[4] Obviously, most companies are ineffective in managing change. There are several basic change management strategies that companies can and should adopt before entering into any change efforts. This article presents, in our opinion, the main ones, adhering to which organizations will be competitive in modern conditions, and the main mistakes are indicated to be avoided.
