Abstract: The article examines and discusses the main causes of the emergence and development of cryptocurrency, the main advantages and disadvantages, prospects for development. Analyzed the existing technological capabilities of the use of cryptocurrencies. The possibility of using cryptocurrency in enterprises is revealed.
