Abstract

The market economy leads to an increase in the volume and complexity of the tasks, which solved in the field of production organization, planning and analysis, financial relations with suppliers and consumers, operational management of which is impossible without the organization of a modern automated information system. In this article, we will consider the influence of a Decision Support System (DSS) and design management processes, which began in 1980-ies ("business-engineering"), to managers at all level, as well as the importance of the development of modern information technology, which has opened and continues to open opportunities for improvement of process control today.
