Abstract

Now automation of management is one of the most actual questions in sphere of increase efficiency of production. But in scientific literature paid to the little attention issue of ratio of levels of automation and qualification of staff. In this paper defined notion of effective management, are formulated factors of success in the management of organization, was explored technology of increase efficiency of management, which directly depends on strategy of organization and presence highly qualified HR-managers. As a result of research was formed algorithm which allow increase efficiency of management, get the most suitable level of automation and provide further preservation of efficiency of HR-management in organization.
