Внутренняя конкуренция в евразийском сообществе: сбалансированность экономических интересов

Abstract

Цель исследования — определение роли и значения развития конкуренции в рамках ЕАЭС в формировании устойчивых экономических позиций Республики Беларусь на евразийском рынке, обоснование факторов повышения конкурентоспособности национальной экономики и обеспечение сбалансированности экономических интересов с евразийскими партнерами. Исследуются конкурентные позиции Республики Беларусь в ЕАЭС и в региональном аспекте; оценивается состояние баланса экономических интересов в рамках ЕАЭС по показателям динамики экспортно-импортных операций в разрезе инвестиционных, промежуточных и потребительских товаров; анализируются конкурентные преимущества регионов Беларуси с позиции воздействия двух групп факторов, связанных с эффективностью развития экономики и степенью внедрения инноваций и новых знаний в хозяйственную деятельность, предпринимательского опыта и деловой бизнес-среды. По результатам проведенных исследований сформулированы основные направления укрепления конкурентной среды, стимулирующей экономическую и инновационную активность субъектов хозяйствования на основе достижения сбалансированности экономических интересов.

The objective of the study is to identify the role and significance of competition development within the EAEU in the formation of stable economic position of the Republic of Belarus in the Eurasian market, to substantiate the factors of enhancing competitiveness of the national economy and securing the balance of economic interests with Eurasian partners. The competitive positions of the Republic of Belarus in the EAEU and in the regional aspect are examined; the state of the balance of economic interests within the EAEU is assessed according to the dynamics of export-import operations in terms of investment, intermediate and consumer goods; the competitive advantages of the regions of Belarus are analyzed from the standpoint of the impact of two groups of factors related to the efficiency of economic development and the degree of implementation of innovations and new knowledge in economic activity, entrepreneurial experience and business environment. Based on the research findings, the major directions are formulated to strengthen the competitive environment that stimulates the economic and innovative activities of business entities on the basis of achieving a balance of economic interests.
