Эффект масштаба производства и совершенствование структуры отрасли

Abstract

Результаты и их новизна заключаются в развитии теоретических основ эффекта масштаба производства, в том числе уточнении понятия «эффект масштаба производства», состава данного эффекта, видов и причин его существования в отраслях с низким и высоким уровнем технологического развития; усовершенствовании модели оценки эффекта масштаба производства посредством учета влияния масштаба производства отдельной фирмы на эффективность деятельности всех прочих фирм отрасли; разработке методики оценки влияния эффекта масштаба производства на структуру отрасли; разработке концептуального подхода к совершенствованию структуры отрасли с учетом оценки эффекта масштаба производства; оценке эффекта масштаба производства сельскохозяйственной продукции (всей продукции, зерна, молока) в Республике Беларусь и выработке практических рекомендаций по совершенствованию аграрной политики государства.

Results and their novelty consists in the development of the theoretical bases of the production scale effect, including in the clarification of the concept «production scale effect», of the structure of this effect, of the types and the reasons for its existence in industries with low and high levels of technological development; the improvement of the model assessing of the production scale effect by taking into account the influence of the production scale of an individual firm on the effectiveness of all other industry’s firms; the development of a technique of assessing the impact of the production scale effect on industry’s structure; the development of a conceptual approach to improvement of industry’s structure based on an assessment of the production scale effect; the assessment of production scale effect of agricultural products (all products, grains, milk) in the Republic of Belarus and the development of practical recommendations for improving the agricultural policy of the state.
