Международный трансфер технологий в экономическом развитии стран

Abstract

Развиты теоретические основы международного трансфера технологий; разработана концептуальная модель участия различных стран мира в международном трансфере технологий; выявлены особенности международного трансфера технологий в зависимости от уровня технологического развития стран-доноров и реципиентов; уточнены модели развитых стран и обоснована модель международного трансфера технологических пакетов развивающихся стран и стран с переходной экономикой; разработаны практические рекомендации по совершенствованию модели участия Республики Беларусь в международном трансфере технологий.

The theoretical basis for international technology transfer is developed; a conceptual model of the involvement of different countries in the international technology transfer is worked out; the peculiarities of the international technology transfer depending on the level of donor- and recipientcountries’ technological development are detected; the models of developed countries are specified; the model of international technological package transfer of developing countries and countries with transition economy is grounded; practical recommendations on improving the model of participation of Belarus in international technology transfer is developed.
