Экополитический процесс: понятие, структура, стадии

Abstract

Рассматривается политологический анализ экополитического процесса. Целью статьи является исследование экополитического процесса, раскрытие содержания его понятия, определение структуры, а также основных стадий, тенденций и закономерностей. Обосновывается идея о том, что экополитический процесс выступает в качестве инновационного направления пространства функционирования публичной политики и требует научного осмысления. На основе изучения экополитического процесса установлено, что его необходимо анализировать в качестве амбивалентного социально-политического явления, выступающего, с одной стороны, как процесс функционирования социально-политических институтов, занимающихся вопросами обеспечения функционирования природоохранной и экологической деятельности, а с другой — как процесс акцентированного выражения (артикуляции) интересов к государству и межгосударственным организациям со стороны субъектов экополитики.

The presented article is devoted to the political science analysis of the ecopolitical process. The purpose of the article is to study the ecopolitical process, disclose the content of its concept, determine the structure, as well as the main stages, tendencies and patterns. The idea is substantiated that the ecopolitical process acts as an innovative direction in the space of public policy functioning and requires scientific understanding. Based on the study of the ecopolitical process, it was established that it must be analyzed as an ambivalent socio-political phenomenon, acting, on the one hand, as a process of functioning of socio-political institutions dealing with issues of ensuring the functioning of environmental and ecological activities, and on the other, as a process of accented expression (articulation) of interests in the state and interstate organizations on the part of the subjects of environmental policy.
