Сфера науки в контексте формирования интеллектуального капитала

Abstract

Представлены основные подходы к рассмотрению человеческого и интеллектуального капитала на микро- и макроуровне. Рассмотрена взаимосвязь структурных частей интеллектуального капитала в процессе его формирования, накопления и эффективного использования в научной сфере. Представлены некоторые показатели развития науки в Республике Беларусь. Предложены направления наращивания интеллектуального капитала в контексте научно-технологического развития Республики Беларусь.

The article presents the main approaches to the consideration of human and intellectual capital at the micro and macro levels. The relationship between the structural parts of intellectual capital in the process of its formation, accumulation and effective use in the scientific field is considered. Some indicators of the development of science in the Republic of Belarus are presented. The directions of building up intellectual capital in the context of scientific and technological development of the Republic of Belarus are proposed.
