Abstract: | Рассматривается влияние инноваций на изменения ведения бизнеса в современных условиях. Определяются факторы, способствующие реализации таланта. К основным факторам относятся: изменение архитектуры организации, накопление и избавление от устаревших знаний, передача знаний на все уровни организации, изменение отношений организации к клиентам путем выстраивания новых подходов во взаимоотношениях. The article examines the impact of innovation on changes in doing business in modern conditions. The factors contributing to the realization of talent are determined. The main factors include: changing the architecture of the organization, accumulating knowledge and getting rid of obsolete ones, transferring knowledge to all levels of the organization, changing the organization’s relationship to customers, building new approaches in relationships. |
