Abstract

The efficiency of the modern economy operation is specified by the use of the advantages of both of the market and of the centralized economy. The practice confirms the expediency of the realization of the principle: the state directs the market, the latter manages the production. The state, first of all, must form, and maintain a proper competitive order. The main trend of this activity is the support and the creation of the favourable environment for the small and middle-sized business development.
