Правовое положение иностранных юридических лиц в Республике Беларусь

Abstract

Автором предложены определения правового положения и правового статуса иностранных юридических лиц; проанализированы элементы, составляющие содержание указанных дефиниций; выявлены современные тенденции проявления их в реальных хозяйственных отношениях и закрепления в законодательстве государств; разработаны практические рекомендации по совершенствованию правового регулирования отношений с участием иностранных юридических лиц.

The author suggested the definitions of the legal statute and those of the legal status of foreign juridical persons. There were studied the elements, constituting the contents of the definitions mentioned; there were revealed the modern tendencies of their manifestations in the real economic relationships and those of their consolidation in the state legislation; there were worked out the practical recommendations about the improvement of the legal regulation of the relations with foreign juridical persons.
