| dc.description.abstract | This paper describes KappaPC - an expert programs system development environment. KappaPC is being used in the development of a knowledge based system for preliminary structural design. As very little information has been published on KappaPC a discussion of this environment should prove very helpful to potential developers. An overview of the system is presented and its capabilities and features are described. The advantages and benefits of the system are represented by data structures called objects.
