Технопарки в мировой экономике: особенности развития и регулирования в Китайской Народной Республике

Abstract

Развитие теоретических основ деятельности технопарков в мировой экономике, включая определение понятия «технологический парк», разработку общей модели технопарка, обоснование форм и функций технопарков, определение тенденций их развития и регулирования в мировой экономике; выявление основных организационных моделей технопарков и особенностей развития технопарков в Китайской Народной Республике; разработка практических рекомендаций по совершенствованию их деятельности в Китайской Народной Республике; обоснование направлений развития технопарков в Республике Беларусь и адаптации опыта КНР по формированию организационной модели технопарков в белорусской экономике.

Development of the theoretical foundations of the activity of technoparks in the global economy, including the definition of the concept of "technology park", the development of a general model of a technopark, substantiation of the forms and functions of technoparks, determination of trends in their development and regulation in the global economy; identification of the main organizational models of technoparks and the peculiarities of the development of technoparks in the People's Republic of China; development of practical recommendations for improving their activities in the People's Republic of China; substantiation of directions for the development of technoparks in the Republic of Belarus and adaptation of the experience of the PRC in the formation of an organizational model of technoparks in the Belarusian economy.
