Международные грузоперевозки в условиях цифровой экономики: факторы и направления развития

Abstract

Развиты теоретические основы функционирования международных грузоперевозок, включающие уточнение понятий международных грузоперевозок и цифровой экономики, выявление тенденций развития международных грузоперевозок в условиях цифровой экономики в мировой практике и их особенности в Республике Беларусь; выделены экономические и организационные факторы, способствующие и сдерживающие внедрение элементов цифровой экономики в сектор международных грузоперевозок; разработана методика оценки влияния цифровой экономики на международные грузоперевозки; разработаны практические рекомендации по развитию цифровизации международных грузоперевозок в Республике Беларусь и усилению интеграции страны в мировую экономику.

The theoretical foundations of the functioning of international freight transportation are developed, including clarification of the concepts of international cargo transportation and the digital economy, identifying development trends of international cargo transportation in the digital economy in world practice and their features in the Republic of Belarus; economic and organizational factors that promote and hinder the introduction of elements of the digital economy in the international freight transportation sector are identified; developed a methodology for assessing the impact of the digital economy on international shipping; practical recommendations have been developed on the development of digitalization of international freight transportation in the Republic of Belarus and on strengthening the country's integration into the global economy.
