Финансовая устойчивость перестраховщиков как фактор стабилизации рынка страховых услуг

Abstract

Развитие теоретических основ финансовой устойчивости перестраховщика и механизма ее обеспечения; разработка методического инструментария для оценки финансовой устойчивости перестраховщиков; разработка методики рейтинговой оценки надежности перестраховщиков, позволяющей определить позиции перестраховщиков на рынке страховых услуг; разработка концептуальных подходов к развитию механизма управления финансовой устойчивостью перестраховщиков с использованием перестраховочного пула.

The results obtained and their novelty consist in development of theoretical bases of financial stability of the reinsurer and of its mechanism for the stabilization of the insurance market; development of methodological tools for assessing the financial stability, including the algorithm and methodical approaches to the assessment of the financial stability, and financial management activities; development methodology for the reliability rating, that allows to define the positions of the reinsurer in the market and contributing to improving the effectiveness of the financial activity of the reinsurer; development of conceptual approaches to the development of the control mechanism of financial stability of the reinsurer using reinsurance pool, containing practical recommendations for improving its functioning.
