dc.description.abstractПосвящена исследованию рисков в бюджетной системе государства. Затронуты теоретические аспекты бюджетного риска, предложено авторское определение понятия «бюджетный риск». Обосновано различие понятий «фискальный риск» и «бюджетный риск», доказана недопустимость смешения терминологии. Рассмотрена методика оценки фискальных рисков, впервые примененная в Республике Беларусь в 2019 г. Предложены меры по совершенствованию оценки фискальных рисков.ru_RU
dc.description.abstractThe article is devoted to the research of risks in the state budget system. The theoretical aspects of budget risk are described, the author’s definition of the concept of «budget risk» is proposed. The difference of the concepts of «fiscal risk» and «budget risk» is substantiated, the inadmissibility of confusing terminology is proved. The methodology for assessing of fiscal risks, first applied in the Republic of Belarus in 2019, is considered. Ways to improve the evolution of fiscal risks are proposed.-
