Методологические основы оценки экономической эффективности информационных систем

Abstract

Впервые разработаны теоретико-методологические основы оценки экономической эффективности функционирования ИС в хозяйственной деятельности для понижения АИ, классификация KPI ИС, комплекс моделей оценки KPI ИС в экономике ХС, модели взаимодействия заинтересованных лиц в условиях АИ, модель оценки KPI для понижения АИ, комплекс методик расчета KPI и рекомендаций анализа результативности ИС; новизна состоит в выработке оценок и методик анализа KPI ИС для понижения АИ, гармонизированных с мировой практикой.

For the first time theoretical and methodological frameworks of assessing economic effectiveness of IS functioning in the economic activities to reduce АI have been developed, as well as classification of KPI IS, complex of models of assessment of the relevant KPI in the economy of BE, models of interaction of stakeholders in terms of АI, model of evaluation of KPI IS to reduce АI, a complex of techniques for the KPI calculation and recommendations for the analysis of IS effectiveness; the novelty is determined by the development of assessments and procedures for the analysis of KPI IS to reduce АI, harmonized with the international practices.
