В частности, выявлено внутреннее противоречие между правовым статусом сособственника объекта недвижимости и члена данной организации. Кроме того, отмечены отдельные несоответствия характеристик названного объединения теоретико-правовым признакам конструкции юридического лица.ru_RU
dc.description.abstractIn the presented article by the method of comparative legal analysis the problematic issues of the legal status of the homeowners’ Association are considered. In particular, the internal contradiction between the legal status of the property owner and a member of the organization was revealed. In addition, there are some inconsistencies in the characteristics of the Association named theoretical and legal features of the design of the legal entity.-
