Денежно-кредитная политика в условиях транзитивной экономики: теория, методология, практика

Abstract

Разработаны: авторская синергетическая теория ДКП в транзитивной экономике, а также методология исследования денежной системы как ее объекта, основанная на анализе взаимодействия индивидуальных и коллективных решений и отвечающая нелинейности экономического развития; нелинейная математическая модель оценки синергетической активности денежной системы и методика комплексного анализа прогнозируемости факторов институциональной и рефлексивной самоорганизации ее участников, позволяющей оценить влияние ДКП на доверие к денежной системе и национальной валюте; авторская синергетическая концепция ДКП Республики Беларусь, ее принципы, стратегические направления развития и практические рекомендации по ее совершенствованию на основе управления процессами самоорганизации субъектов денежной системы. В совокупности это позволит повысить эффективность ДКП Республики Беларусь.

The author's synergetic theory of the DCT in the transitive economy was developed, as well as the methodology of studying the monetary system as its object, based on the analysis of the interaction of individual and collective decisions and responding to the nonlinearity of economic development; a non-linear mathematical model for assessing the synergistic activity of the monetary system and a methodology for a comprehensive analysis of the predictability of factors of institutional and reflexive self-organization of its participants, allowing to assess the influence of DCT s on the credibility of the monetary system and the national currency; the author's synergetic concept of the DCT of the Republic of Belarus, its principles, strategic directions for development and practical recommendations for its improvement based on the management of the processes of selforganization of the subjects of the monetary system are developed. Together, this will improve the efficiency of the Collective Security Treaty of the Republic of Belarus.
