Экономическая интеграция регионов стран – членов ЕАЭС: методология и концепция регулирования

Abstract

Полученные результаты и их новизна: развитие методологии исследования и регулирования интеграционных связей регионов, включая комплекс методик проведения пространственного экономико-статистического анализа межрегиональных связей в ЕАЭС и оценки региональной конкурентоспособности; обоснование положения о формировании интеграционной политики на субнациональном уровне в ЕАЭС, ее структуры как новой составляющей механизма экономической интеграции и методов регионального управления с целью интеграции регионов; разработка рекомендаций по совершенствованию институциональной основы интеграции регионов на субнациональном уровне управления в ЕАЭС; обоснование организационно-правовых форм развития межрегиональных связей Беларуси со странами – членами ЕАЭС; разработка концепции развития интеграции регионов стран ЕАЭС и участия регионов Республики Беларусь.

Outcomes and novelty consist in the development of: development of a methodology for the study and regulation of the integration of regions, including a set of methodologies for conducting a spatial economic and statistical analysis of interregional relations in the EAEU and assessing regional competitiveness; substantiation of the provision on the formation of integration policy at the subnational level in the EAEU, its structure as a new component of the economic integration mechanism and regional management methods with a view to the integration of the regions; developing recommendations for improving the institutional framework for regional integration at the subnational level of management in the EAEU; substantiation of the organizational and legal forms of development of interregional relations of Belarus with the EAEU member countries; developing a concept for the development of integration of the regions of the EAEU countries and the participation of regions of the Republic of Belarus.
