Résumé: Даны предложения по определению, методике и показателям оценки конкурентных возможностей базовых административно-территориальных единиц (АТЕ). Проведена их апробация на примере АТЕ Брестской области, показавшая, что наибольшими конкурентными возможностями для устойчивого развития обладают город Брест, Барановичский, Каменецкий и Пружанский районы.
The article gives suggestions concerning definition, methods and indicators to determine the competitive opportunities for basic administrative territorial units (ATU). Their testing was carried out based on the ATU of Brest region, which showed that the city of Brest, Baranavichi, Kamenets and Pruzhany districts have the best competitive opportunities for sustainable development.
