Abstract: | Суть и новизна заключается в том, что в отличие от существующих подходов данная методика позволяет, во-первых, оценивать активы, обязательства и капитал (включая миноритарный) по справедливой, а не по исторической стоимости, вовторых предполагает использование новых объектов учета и элементов отчетности таких как гудвилл (с учетом результатов те с та на обесценение приобретенного бизнеса на дату
составления отчетности), собственный капитал и доля меньшинства. The essence and novelty are in the fact that, unlike the existing approaches, this technique allows, first, to evaluate assets, liabilities and capital (including minority) at a fair, not at historical cost, second, it involves the use of new accounting objects and elements of statements such as goodwill (taking into account the results of the test for impairment of the acquired business at the reporting date), equity and minority interest. |
