Abstract

В статье рассмотрены показатели оценки готовой продукции сельского хозяйства с целью реализации налоговых аспектов в определении налоговой базы по НДС и оформления ЭСЧФ.

The article analyzes the features of the corporate governance system in the holding, which are primarily related to the very essence of its construction. The main corporate governance tools used at the holding level are considered. The author presents the directions of improving corporate governance, which can be applied at the stage of establishing corporate governance in Belarusian holdings.
