dc.description.abstractВ настоящей работе предпринята попытка средствами компаративистики проанализировать один из наиболее действенных институтов защиты прав миноритарных акционеров — институт выкупа акций в России, Беларуси Казахстане. В результате проведенного исследования о сопоставимости указанного института в правовых системах названных государств выявлены недостатки белорусского законодательства и пути их преодоления.ru_RU
dc.description.abstractIn the present work an attempt has been make by means of comparative studies to analyze one of the most effective institutions for the protection of the rights of minority shareholders—Institute the redemption of stock in Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan. As a result of the study on the comparability of this institution in the legal systems of these States identified shortcomings of the Belarusian legislation and ways to overcome them.-
