Мотивы и приоритеты в трудовой деятельности государственных служащих

Abstract

На основе изучения теории и практики применения мотивационных моделей в современной трудовой деятельности дана оценка уровня и структуры мотивации труда государственных служащих областного уровня управления. Проведенное авторами социологическое исследование позволило выявить особенности структурных сдвигов в системах мотивов и стимулов современных госслужащих областного уровня управления. Внесены предложения по учету выявленных особенностей в совершенствовании систем мотивации их труда.

Based on the theory and practice of applying motivational models in the current labour activity, an assessment is given of the level and structure of civil servants’ work motivation of the regional government level. The sociological study of the problem carried out by the authors made it possible to reveal the features of structural shifts in the systems of motives and incentives of modern civil servants at the regional level of government. Proposition is made to take into account the peculiarities revealed in the modernization of the systems of motivation of their labour.
