Страны ЕАЭС в контексте мирового инновационного развития

Abstract

Рассмотрены особенности инновационного развития стран Евразийского экономического союза (ЕАЭС) на основе анализа ресурсов, выделяемых на развитие человеческого капитала и научных исследований, в контексте мировых индикаторов инновационного развития. Сделан вывод о несоответствии затрат мировым трендам развития, предложены новые инструменты стимулирования инноваций, повышающие возможности реализации прогрессивного сценария развития стран ЕАЭС.

The features of the innovative development of the EAEU countries are considered on the basis of the analysis of the resources allocated for the development of human capital and scientific research in the context of world indicators of innovative development. The conclusion was drawn about the inconsistency of R&D intensity with global development trends, new tools were proposed to stimulate innovation, increasing the possibilities for implementing the progressive development scenario of the EAEU countries.
