Résumé: Рассмотрены вопросы становления и развития сельских территориальных общин в условиях реформирования общества и децентрализации структур власти в Украине. Обоснованы направления развития сельских территориальных общин. Показана роль новых технологических и методических поисков и разработок в данном процессе.
Considered are issues of formation and development of rural territorial communities in the context of reforming the society and decentralization of the power structures in Ukraine. Substantiated are the directions of rural territorial communities’ development. Shown is the role of new technological and methodological searching and development in this process.
