dc.description.abstractРассмотрены вызовы, стоящие перед системой высшего образования Республики Беларусь в настоящее время. Обоснована актуальность внедрения концепции «Университет 3.0» с целью преодоления этих вызовов и развития экономики знаний и информационного общества. Выдвинуты предложения по совершенствованию процедур внедрения данной концепции в учреждениях высшего образования Беларуси. The challenges that the higher education system of the Republic of Belarus is facing now are considered. The relevance of the implementation of the "University 3.0" concept with the aim of overcoming these challenges and developing the knowledge economy and the information society is substantiated. Proposals have been put forward to improve the procedures for the implementation of this concept in the institutions of higher education in Belarus.ru_RU
