Конкурентный потенциал экономической системы: генезис, проблемы формирования и реализации

Abstract

В работе рассмотрены вопросы развития и трансформации сущности и содержания понятия «конкурентный потенциал». Предложена авторская трактовка, отличительной чертой которой является включение в состав потенциала инструментов и механизмов трансформации ресурсов системы, что позволяет содержательно раскрыть возможностную компоненту потенциала. Показано, что конкурентный потенциал формируется на основе внутренних и внешних по отношению к системе ресурсов путем их трансформации соответствующими механизмами и инструментами, а его реализация возможна лишь в том случае, если сформированные внутренние возможности системы накладываются на внешние конкурентные возможности.

The paper discusses the issues of developing and transforming the essence and content of the concept “competitive potential”. Suggested is the author’s interpretation, the characteristic feature of which is including the system’s instruments and resources transformation mechanisms in the composition of potential, which enables to fully reveal the latter’s capability component part. It is shown that the competitive potential is formed on the basis of internal and external to the systems resources by means of their transformation with the respective mechanisms and instruments, its realization being feasible exclusively in case the formed internal capacities of the systems are coupled with its external competitive ones.
