Предпринимательский университет как точка роста экономики знаний

Abstract

Рассмотрена сущность концепции предпринимательского университета («Университет 3.0»), выявлены ее основные характеристики. Определены положительные эффекты от внедрения принципов предпринимательского университета в систему образования с точки зрения развития экономики знаний, а также возможные риски при их реализации. Доказана необходимость реализации данных принципов в системе высшего образования Беларуси с целью обеспечения условий для развития экономики знаний, а также повышения эффективности научно-исследовательской и инновационной деятельности. Разработаны рекомендации по внедрению модели предпринимательского университета в национальную систему высшего образования с учетом конкретных социально-экономических условий в Республике Беларусь.

There has been considered the essence of the Entrepreneurial University («University 3.0») concept, with its main characteristics established. Identified are positive effects of implementing the Entrepreneurial University principles in the education system from the perspective of knowledge economy development, as well as possible risks in the process of their realization. There is proved the necessity of putting these principles into practice within the system of higher education of Belarus with the purpose of providing conditions for the knowledge economy development, as well as enhancing the efficiency of scholarly-research and innovation activities. Developed are the recommendations on implementing a model of the Entrepreneurial University in the national system of higher education, given a specific socioeconomic context in the Republic of Belarus.
