Международные потоки прямых инвестиций в Республике Беларусь: оценка характера и влияния на национальную экономику

Abstract

Рассмотрены характеристики международных потоков прямых инвестиций в Республике Беларусь, дана оценка страны как реципиента и инвестора в 2000–2016 гг. Определены позиции Беларуси среди стран с транзитивной экономикой (в широкой трактовке) по ряду абсолютных и относительных показателей участия в процессах международного прямого инвестирования, характеризующих объемы и состав потоков и накоплений, а также их роль в национальной экономике. Проанализированы объемы, динамика и состав доходов от привлекаемых и вывозимых прямых инвестиций, определена их доходность. Выявлены особенности изменений географической и отраслевой структуры ПИИ и ВПИ. Показана роль компаний с иностранным капиталом в экономике Республики Беларусь в целом и их влияние на динамику, отраслевую и географическую структуру экспорта товаров.

The article considers specifics of international flows of direct investments in the Republic of Belarus. Provided is the assessment of the country as a recipient and an investor in the period of 2000–2016. Identified are Belarus’s rankings among transitional economies (in the broad rendering) with regard to a number of absolute and indirect indicators of its participation in the processes of foreign direct investment (FDI) that characterize the volumes and composition of flows and savings, as well as their role in the national economy. Analyzed are the volumes, dynamics and composition of incomes from the attracted and exported direct investments (EDI), with their yields defined. Identified are the specifics of changes of FDI and EDI geographical and sectoral structures. Shown is the role of companies with foreign capital in Belarus’s economy on the whole and their impact of the dynamics, as well as sectoral and geographical structures of the commodities export.
