Приватизация в системе финансового взаимодействия государства и предприятий

Abstract

Рассмотрены проблемы преобразования финансового взаимодействия государства и предприятий в процессе приватизации и в постприватизационный период. Анализируются формы и условия приватизации, а также результаты ее проведения в Украине и странах ОЭСР. Выявлено, что массовая ваучерная приватизация, проведенная в короткие сроки, негативно повлияла на финансовое обеспечение модернизации предприятий и инвестиционный потенциал в целом. Показано, что изменение структуры источников финансирования отражает успешность приватизации и взаимодействия государства и предприятий. Разработаны предложения по использованию нового инструментария сотрудничества государства и предприятий для обеспечения экономического развития на инновационной основе как альтернативы приватизации.

Considered are the issues of transformation of the financial interaction between the state and enterprises in the privatization process and in the post-privatization period. Analyzed are the forms and terms of privatization, as well as its results in Ukraine and OECD countries. It was found out that the mass voucher privatization performed within a short period of time had negatively affected the financial rovision of enterprises’ modernization and the investment potential as a whole. It was shown that the changing of financial sources structure reflects the success of privatization and the interaction between the state and enterprises. There were developed suggestions on using new instruments of cooperation between the state and enterprises aimed at the provision of the economic development on an innovation basis as an alternative to privatization.
