Abstract: Описан выбор модельного аппарата для обоснования в условиях рисков и ограничения организации по ресурсам основного производственного MPS-плана в увязке со стратегическими целями компании. Предложена двухуровневая экономико-математическая модель, верхний уровень которой представлен моделью оптимизации производственной программы, нижний — моделями типа «затраты — выпуск».
The article describes the choice of model framework to substantiate the main production MPS-plan under conditions of risks and limited resources in conjunction with the strategic goals of the company. The two-level economic-mathematical model is suggested, the upper level of which is represented by the model of production program optimization, the lower one by the models of the «input — output» type.
