Экономико-правовые аспекты договора контейнерной перевозки грузов в современных экономических условиях

Abstract

Рассматриваются способы взаимной адаптации правовых и экономических инструментов для эффективного решения проблемы совершенствования логистики контейнерных перевозок по территории Республики Беларусь. Взаимосвязь экономических и правовых аспектов позволяет рассматривать ситуации, возникающие в логистике контейнерных перевозок с различных ракурсов, что даетвозможность, с одной стороны, своевременной реакции на изменение конъюнктуры рынка со стороны субъектов хозяйствования и, с другой, регулирование рыночных отношений в сегменте контейнернойтранспортировки. При этом авторами отмечается, что факторы, влияющие на изменения правовых норм, даhttpют предпосылку к возникновению более динамичной качественной экономической составляющей, делающей контейнерный грузопоток и инфраструктурные объекты, его обслуживающие, на территории Беларуси более привлекательным для иностранных инвесторов.

Examines the ways of mutual adaptation of legal and economic instruments for the effective solution of the problem of improving the logistics of container transportations across the territory of the Republic of Belarus. The interrelation of economic and legal aspects allows us to consider the situations that arise in the logistics of container transportations from different angles, which makes it possible, on the one hand, to respond promptly to changes in the market situation on the part of economic entities and, on the other hand, regulation of market relations in the container transportation segment. At the same time, the authors note that the factors influencing the changes in the legal norms provide a prerequisite for the emergence of a more dynamic qualitative economic component that makes the container freight traffic and infrastructure facilities serving it more attractive for foreign investors on the territory of Belarus.
