Смарт-экономика и бизнес-структурирование

Abstract

На основе выполненной сравнительной оценки методологии и практики бизнес-структурирования на основе общего классификатора отраслей народного хозяйства (ОКОНХ) и общегосударственного классификатора видов экономической деятельности (ОКЭД) обоснована необходимость новеллизации инструментария бизнес-структурирования в условиях новой Smart-экономики. Сформулирован и научно аргументирован теоретико-методологический подход к разработке методологии идентификации признаков и переменных бизнес-структурирования на основе использования ОКЭД в условиях Smart-экономики, который позволяет выполнять исследование современной конфигурации экономики фирмы, страны и мировой экономики в условиях усиления смарт-факторов в целом.

In the article, based on the comparative assessment of the methodology and practice of business-structuring on the basis of the general classifier of the branches of the national economy (OKONÍ) and the national classifier of economic activities (OKED), the necessity of novelization of the business structuring tools in the conditions of a new Smart economy is substantiated. The theoretical and methodological approach to the development of a methodology for identifying characteristics and variables of business structuring based on the use of OKED in the conditions of the Smart Economy is formulated and scientifically substantiated. It allows to carry out a study of the modern configuration of the economyof a firm, a country and the world economy as a whole under the conditions of strengthening of smart factors.
