Résumé: Обоснованы теоретические положения, раскрывающие сущность института банкротства, его место и значение. Проанализированы и раскрыты причины неэффективности процедуры банкротства в Республике Беларусь. Для повышения эффективности института банкротства автор предлагает: преодолеть стереотипы в отношении банкротства; создать стимулы для ранней диагностики наступления банкротства, постоянного мониторинга финансового состояния организации и т. д..
This article substantiates the theoretical provisions disclosing the essence of the institution of bankruptcy, its place and significance. The reasons for the inefficiency of bankruptcy procedures in the Republic of Belarus are revealed and analyzed. To increase efficiency of the bankruptcy institution the author suggests creation of incentives for early diagnostics of bankruptcy, systematic monitoring of organization’s financial position, etc.
