Résumé: В статье анализируется состав и структура по группам занятий работников промышленности Беларуси и Швеции. На основе сравнительного анализа определены критерии оптимизации структуры работников промышленности Республики Беларусь и предложены направления ее обеспечения в условиях трансформации национальной экономической системы.
The paper contains the analysis of the composition and structure of Belarus’s and Sweden’s workforce in industry by job clusters. Based on the comparative analysis, identified are the criteria of optimization of Belarus’s industry’s work force. Suggested are the directions of its provision in the context of the transformation of the national economic system.
