Abstract: В статье исследуются отдельные подходы к определению понятия «монополия». Дается авторское определение монополии с правовой точки зрения. Выявляются основные правовые признаки монополии, раскрывается правовая сущность монополии. Выявляются правовые барьеры, которые не позволяют конкурентам монополиста войти в отрасль.
The article analyzes some approaches to monopoly definition. The author’s definition of monopoly from the legal point of view is given. The main legal features of the monopoly are revealed; the legal essence of the monopoly is disclosed. The legal barriers that do not allow competitors to enter the industry monopoly are identified.
