Национальный состав частных предпринимателей в городах Белорусской ССР (середина 1920-х годов)

Abstract

Анализируется национальный состав частных предпринимателей городов Белорусской ССР по материалам Всесоюзной переписи населения 17 декабря 1926 г. На основе статистических данных выявлена структура предпринимательского сообщества по родному языку в зависимости от принадлежности к трем основным группам предпринимателей (использовавших наемный труд, работавших с членами семей, индивидуальных), в связи с занятостью в различных отраслях народного хозяйства и с учетом специализации собственников предприятий. Сделан вывод о преобладании в городах БССР в середине 1920-х гг. предпринимателей евреев и белорусов над представителями всех остальных этносов. The article analyzes the ethnic composition of private entrepreneurs in the towns and cities of the Byelorussian SSR on the grounds of the data of the All-Soviet Union population census of 17 December 1926. On the grounds of the statistics data the structure of the entrepreneurship society by native language reveals and in dependence on membership in three main groups of the entrepreneurs (those who hired labour, worked with family members, and individual entrepreneurs), taking into consideration employment in different sectors of national economy and with due account for profile of company owners. The author came to the following conclusion: Jews and Belarusians dominated over representatives of other ethnoses among entrepreneurs in the towns and cities of the BSSR in the mid and late 1920’s.
