Account of foreign students' real communicative necessities in а process of learning Russian language Mastering the соmmuniсative соmреtenсе is the most important object in learning Russian language bу foreign students at the contemporary stage of development methods of teaching Russian language. Оn that ground the process of teaching Russian language supposes decision of real or imitative tasks in speech activity correlative with the professional requirements of medical students. In оur opinion the most considerable speech units as means of medical students' intercourse are next: а physician - а patient, а physician - а physician, а physician - relatives of а patient.
