dc.description.abstractThe article is devoted to the actual problem — the study of the institutional framework of local government and self-government on the basis of a comparison of national peculiarities and international experience. Among the major issues analyzed in the article: the institutional forms of regulation of international and national legal acts in the field of local government; the structure and features of the functioning of the Institute of Local Government in the Republic of Belarus, as well as recommendations on the formation of the Institute of Local Government in the Republic of Belarus taking into account international experience.-
