Устав гражданского судопроизводства как символ судебной реформы 1864 г.

Abstract

Посвящается 150-летию принятия Устава гражданского судопроизводства от 20 ноября 1864 г. Изучение реформирования и развития гражданского судопроизводства позволяет использовать опыт прежней реформы на современном этапе развития судебной системы. Предметом исследования выступают нормативная правовая база гражданского судопроизводства пореформенного периода, а также общие закономерности реформирования и развития.

The article is dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the adoption of the Charter of Civil Procedure of November 20, 1864. The study of the reform and development of civil litigation allows to use the experience of the previous reform at the current stage of judicial system development. The subject of the research is the legal and regulatory framework of civil proceedings of the pre-reform period as well as general rules of reforming and development.
