Resumen : В статье представлена методика диагностики результативности труда персонала торговых организаций Республики Беларусь, в рамках которой приведен расчет интегрального показателя результативности труда на уровне субъекта хозяйствования. Предложены возможные корректирующие мероприятия по повышению результативности труда торговой организации в зависимости от стадии ее развития и достигнутого значения интегрального показателя.
The article presents a method of diagnosing labour performance of the personnel of trade organizations of the Republic of Belarus, using which the integral indicator of labour performance is calculated at the entity level. Possible corrective actions are suggested for improving the labour performance of a trade organization depending on the stage of its development and the achieved values of the integral indicator.
