Abstract

Статья посвящена продвижению платных услуг на рынке и реформированию деятельности предприятий жилищно-коммунального хозяйства. В статье дается характеристика комплекса жилищно-коммунальных услуг как главной составляющей всей системы услуг. Описывается состояние жилищно-коммунального сектора в период развития рыночной экономики. Рынок платных услуг рассматривается как один из элементов потребительского рынка.

The article is devoted to the promotion of paid services to the market and the reform of the activity of the enterprises of housing and communal services. The article gives a description of the complex of housing and communal services as the main component of the whole system services. Describes the state of the housing and utilities sector in the period of development of the market economy. The market of paid services is considered as one of the elements of the consumer market.
