Проблемы внедрения процессного подхода в управлении на предприятиях Республики Беларусь

Abstract

Изложенный в статье материал представляет результаты исследования, основной целью которого являлось обобщение проблем, связанных с внедрением процессного подхода к управлению на предприятиях Республики Беларусь. Анализ проблем предлагается проводить в разрезе таких направлений, как терминология, неопределенность в понимании процессного подхода, идентификация процессов, внедрение систем менеджмента качества. Кроме этого, авторами выделены особенности и проблематика использования современного программного обеспечения для менеджмента бизнес-процессов, сложности в управлении персоналом, а также оценки эффективности проектов по внедрению процессного подхода к управлению.

Material presented in the article presents the results of the study, the main purpose of which was to generalize the problems associated with the implementation of the process approach to management in enterprises of the Republic of Belarus. Analysis of the problems is proposed to conduct by such directions, as the terminology, the uncertainty in the understanding of the process approach, the identification of the processes, implementation of quality management systems. In addition, the authors highlighted features and problems of use of modern software for the management of business processes, complexity in the management of personnel, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of projects for implementation of the process approach to management.
