Теоретические основы внедрения блокчейн-технологий в строительную отрасль Республики Беларусь

Abstract

Определен потенциал применения технологии блокчейн в различных областях деятельности отечественных строительных организаций. Основной целью исследования является обоснование теоретических основ внедрения и использования технологии блокчейн в строительной отрасли (на примере Республики Беларусь). В рамках достижения цели обоснована сущность технологии блокчейн, выявлены ключевые области применения данной технологии в строительной отрасли и обозначены основы правового регулирования взаимодействия организаций при внедрении блокчейн в Республике Беларусь. На основе выявленных теоретических основ выделены ключевые меры, обеспечивающие внедрения блокчейн-технологий в строительную отрасль страны, и сформирована соответствующая модель.

The article defines the potential for using blockchain technology in various areas of activity of domestic construction organizations. The main objective of the study is to substantiate the theoretical foundations for the implementation and use of blockchain technology in the construction industry (using the Republic of Belarus as an example). In order to achieve this goal, the essence of blockchain technology is substantiated, key areas of application of this technology in the construction industry are identified, and the principles of legal regulation of interaction between organizations in the implementation of blockchain in the Republic of Belarus are outlined. Based on the identified theoretical foundations, key measures are identified to ensure the implementation of blockchain technologies in the country's construction industry, and a corresponding model is formed.
