Résumé: Настоящая статья представляет собой аналитический обзор рынка купли-продажи квартир г. Минска в рамках исследования, проводимого под эгидой общественного объединения «Белорусское общество оценщиков» (БОО), начиная с 1999 года. Используются данные за октябрь 2011 года. Делается вывод об окончании периода снижения цен.
This paper presents an analytical overview of the market sales of apartments in Minsk within the framework of the study conducted under the auspices of the public association «Belarusian Society of Appraisers' (BOO), since 1999. Data were used in October 2011. It was concluded to end the period of falling prices.
