Статистические методы оценки размеров теневой экономики

Abstract

Дано расширенное определение теневой экономики, проанализированы причины и последствия экономической деятельности в группах стран с различным уровнем развития рыночной экономики, разработана классификация явлений теневой экономики. В работе нашло адаптированное применение зарубежного опыта оценки теневой экономики. Исследованы проблемы информационного обеспечения исчисления показателей теневой экономики, включая поиск данных в действующих формах статистической отчетности, а так же наличия информации в программах статистических обследований. Разработана и апробирована методология косвенной оценки размеров теневой экономики в Республике Беларусь. Проведен анализ отдельных видов незаконной и скрытой экономической деятельности, выявлены нижние и верхние границы размера теневой экономики республики.

An extended determination of the hidden economy; the analysis of the reasons as well as the consequences of economic activity in the countries with different levels of market economy; elaborated classification of the hidden economy phenomena. In the work appear the adapted use of foreign experience for estimation of the hidden economy. Besides, the research comprises the investigation of informational support problems which occur in calculation of the hidden economy estimation indices including the search of information in existent forms of statistical reports and the estimation of informational in existent programmes of statistical examinations. The methodology of inderect estimation of the hidden economy size in the Republic of Belarus is worked out and tested. The dissertation includes the analysis of some kinds of illegal and hidden economyc activity, the lower and the upper frames of the hidden economy estimations are determined in the research.
