Scientific novelty of the research results lies in the fact that a scientific definition of the economic concept "labour resources of an industrial enterprise” is formulated from theoretical and methodological point of view and the content of the above economic concept is revealed; methodical principles of forming of complex aim programmes of management of labour resources of industrial enterprises in conditions of transition to the market economy are developed; a system of economic indices for estimation of economic efficiency of a management system of labour resources of an enterprise in conditions of functioning of market structures is offered; the scientific concept "model of raising the labour potential of a labour collective in the period c forming of market economic structures" is formulated and the above model is developed.
